We recognise that plans can change, and there may be occasions when you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To do so without incurring any fees, please ensure that you notify us with 48-72 hours in advance.

For Online/Ware appointments:

For cancellations/late/missed appointments online or our Ware clinic we require at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that cancellations outside the 48hrs period will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

For Harley Street/London appointments:

For cancellations/late/missed appointments at the London clinic we require 72hours notice. Please note that cancellations outside the 72hours period will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

For those looking at using insurance companies to fund their assessment: Please be aware that most insurance companies will not cover cancellation charges and these fees are payable by the client directly.

Appointments can be amended or cancelled by contacting us by phone and speaking to our administrator or e-mail address. Please note that while RDA AAP Ltd. may send out adhoc reminders for your convenience, the responsibility for appointment attendance remains with you.
