Although we are not required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015—due to our turnover being below £36 million—we remain firmly committed to upholding the highest ethical, clinical, and professional standards in every aspect of our service. We recognise that modern slavery is a global issue encompassing forced labour, servitude, child labour, and human trafficking, and we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to all such practices. RDA Autism & ADHD Practice is dedicated to acting ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all business relationships to ensure that modern slavery has no place within our organisation or supply chain.

RDA Autism & ADHD Practice is a small organisation owned by its shareholders and governed by a board of directors. The practice delivers specialist Autism and ADHD assessments, as well as a range of other specialist evaluations and mental health interventions. Services are provided both remotely and in person, by appointment only, at clinic locations in Hertfordshire and London, serving clients exclusively within the UK. RDA Autism & ADHD Practice does not enter into business with any other organization in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

We prioritise working with suppliers and contractors who share our commitment to human rights, ethical practice, and transparency, and we regularly review our internal policies and supplier relationships to ensure they remain responsive to emerging risks.
As a CQC-regulated healthcare provider operating within a highly governed UK environment, we consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low. However, we recognise that potential risks may exist within our wider supply chain, particularly in areas such as IT hardware and equipment, outsourced digital services, and facilities or maintenance services.
To mitigate these risks, we conduct reviews on supplier contracts to include termination powers in the event that the supplier is, or is suspected, to be involved in modern slavery; measures in place to identify and assess the potential risks in its supply chains, ensuring actions are taken to embed a zero tolerance policy towards modern slavery.
In addition, we only partner with reputable UK-based suppliers who demonstrate strong ethical standards, seek written confirmation from third-party providers regarding compliance with modern slavery legislation.
