If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time unless the practitioner agrees otherwise. The full fee remains payable and you understand you will need to pay for further consultations should you require further appointments.

For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, a working device, privacy, and correct joining details in advance. Technical issues do not remove the obligation to pay for the booked session.

For those looking at using insurance companies to fund their assessment:

If you intend to claim treatment costs through an insurance provider, it is the responsibility of the client to be aware of the Terms and Conditions of their insurance policy and to ensure that the provider is willing to cover all sessions booked as rejected invoices will be redirected to the client. It is important to note that Third Party funders/Insurance companies do not pay late cancellation or missed appointment fees. These are your responsibility even if your treatment is normally funded by a Third Party, you will need to pay for the late cancellation/ missed session. Please be aware that most insurance companies will not cover cancellation charges and these fees are payable by the client directly. For any queries in relation to insurance funded queries, a valid, in date pre-authorisation code and membership number is required in advance and payment prior to any booking confirmation. Should you miss or cancel, or in the absence of cover, it is your responsibility to ensure payment and not that of the insurance provider. If there is a shortfall on the charged amount that the insurance provider does not cover, this amount is the responsibility of you as the client.

None of our sessions will be recorded by either client or therapist without the explicit written signed permission of the other. It is our standard practice not to record sessions.
